The villa extends over two floors and contains an area of 150 m2.
The big terrace offers the stunning panorama over Glastres Bay and Aegean Sea with small surrounding islands and mountains.
On the top floor of the villa there are three bedrooms with balconies, each with air conditioning and comfortable anatomical beds. One of the bedrooms has a Smart TV.
The bathroom on the top floor is equipped with a jacuzzi, a toilet, a wash basin and also has free toiletries and towels.
If you go down the marble stairs, you will find yourself in a spacious living room-studio. Here you can comfortably sit on soft sofas in front of a marble fireplace and a panoramic windows overlooking the Aegean Sea. Retractable mosquito nets are provided to protect the windows.
